Cineland Multiplex is the result of the renovation of an old factory, built in 1927 near the excavations of Ostia Antica.
 The structure covers an area of 12,000 square metres and has 14 fully digitalised, air-conditioned auditoriums equipped with the most modern and advanced technologies (Dolby System 3D), giving the spectator an incredible "full immersion audio/video".
In the Foyer of the Multiplex, where spectators can enjoy themselves before and after the show, there is an assorted candy store, Hot Dog corner, bar with a variety of drinks, popcorn, nachos, etc., while a large Video Wall broadcasts trailers and information to customers.
 In addition to the lounges, there is a restaurant area with Bar, Pizzeria, Lounge Area and "Old Wild West" Steackhouse; an area with Tobacconist's, Video Shop, personalised print shop and Burraco room.
 There is also a large "Timecity" amusement arcade, with a wide range of virtual games, bowling with 14 lanes, a space for birthday parties, billiard tables and a large, unique slot room.

 In the 80,000 square metres outside, immersed in the green lung that surrounds the entire structure, there is a nursery school of the most modern kind and a car park for 2,200 cars.
