Description
The church is located in the Orti Sallustianiarea. Built in 1901, it was entrusted to the Carmelitani Scalzi. Pio XII raisedit to minor basilica in 1951. The mother house of the Ordine dei Carmelitani Scalzi is annexed to it. Based ona project by Tulio Passatelli, it was built in bricks and appears with Romanesque-Gothic shapes. The interior part consists of three naves with cross vaults. On the high altar there are paintings on stories of SantaTeresa.
