Description
This nice small fountain of the Tiare (Tiaras) by P. Lombardi (1927) is situated next to one of the fornices opened in the wall of the “passetto” (small passageway) in the Borgo district. It consists of papal symbols: water flows from the keys of Saint Peter’s surmounted by four papal tiaras arranged like heraldic mountains.
